Keltic takes pride in the fact we have several drivers who have been with us since we began operations in 1997.   Many of our drivers came to us from other trucking companies and have commented, “it doesn’t get any better than at Keltic”.   The majority of Keltic’s 160 drivers are company drivers and run in our Refrigerated, Van, and Flat Bed divisions. 

We are fortunate to have a good number of “owner operators” driving for us also.  Keltic’s management believe our drivers are critical to our success and future growth.   Since we have been in business, Keltic has never advertised in newspapers or magazines to recruit drivers and owner operators.  Our greatest assets for recruiting new drivers are our existing drivers and operators.   We believe in treating our drivers with respect and operate with an “open door policy”.  Drivers are encouraged to sit down with dispatch and management to offer suggestions, share ideas or discuss concerns. 

Keltic has been in constant growth mode since we began operations and will continue to look for quality individuals to drive for us.  If you like to run plenty of miles, drive a late model truck with lots of comforts, that is assigned to you and is well maintained, and like to be treated as an individual and not a number, Keltic is the place for you.
