Keltic Transportation lends Support to needy Montreal families
February/10 For the second year in a row, Keltic Transportation has teamed up with Hamilton Tiger-Cat Marwan Hage and not-for-profit FTC Canada to provide food and hygiene boxes to Montreal families in need.
The Moncton-based transporation based company donated to bring 900 boxes from FTC’s Guelph warehouse to the Sun Youth Organization’s downtown Montreal
Keltic delivers 111 turkeys to the Sue Stultz Turkey Drive
December/09- Once again members of
Keltic Transportation delivered turkeys to Sue Stultz in support of
her annual Turkey drive. This drive benefits families in the
greater Moncton area who may not otherwise have a turkey for
Christmas.
Through our weekly contribution to the “Jeans Day”
fund, we were able to donate one hundred and eleven turkeys!
October/09- Keltic Transportation Inc. was recently awarded with a “Beautification Award” by the Moncton Industrial Parks Association. This award recognizes the professional appearance of Keltic’s new head office, along with the landscaping that was completed during this past summer.
June 9/09- SmartWay, a division of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), approved Keltic Transportation Inc. as a SmartWay Transport Partner. Keltic achieved the highest possible rating of 1.2525 and qualified to use the SmartWay Partner Logo. SmartWay is a partnership between government, shippers and carriers that promotes environmentally cleaner, more fuel efficient transportation options.
